Background
Sharda Bishnoi, a 30-year-old woman from Malmam Singh ki Dhani, lives with her husband and their young child in a modest rural household. Her husband works as an ambulance driver, while Sharda manages the home, assists in farming, and engages in stitching work.
Although she completed her education and training as an Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM), formal employment opportunities were scarce, leaving her uncertain about how to contribute meaningfully to her family’s income.
The opening of the TAC Center became a turning point, offering her a platform to discover her talents, learn new skills, and envision a future with dignity and purpose.

Personal Note
Dear WomenServe Family,
My name is Sharda Bishnoi, and I am from Malmam Singh ki Dhani, near Kansingh ki Seed. I am 30 years old, married, and a mother. Though I trained as an ANM, I could not find a formal job and often wondered how I could support my family or fulfill my dreams.
Joining TAC has changed everything. The Wall Art training has not only given me skills but also confidence, independence, and hope. Today, I can contribute financially, balance my family responsibilities, and create something beautiful with my own hands. My work is more than art—it is a symbol of empowerment and possibility.
I am deeply grateful to TAC and WomenServe for believing in me and providing this opportunity. I promise to continue learning, growing, and using my skills to inspire other women, support my family, and make a meaningful impact in my community.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Ms. Sharda Bishnoi
