Personal Note

Dear WomenServe Team,

My name is Pushpa Kanwar, and I have been part of the Naya Gaon TAC Center for the past one year and six months. During this time, I have not only learned Wall Art and embroidery, but I have also discovered a path to self-reliance, personal fulfillment, and confidence that I never thought was possible at my age.

Before joining TAC, my life was largely confined to household responsibilities, and I often felt my potential was limited. Your generous support changed that. Through the training, guidance, and encouragement provided by TAC, I now contribute meaningfully to my family’s income. This has brought pride, recognition, and respect from my husband, children, and the wider community.

Beyond practical skills, your support has given me courage, hope, and belief in my own abilities. I feel empowered to dream bigger, explore new creative ideas, and share my work with pride. Most importantly, I now inspire other women in my village to learn new skills and embrace opportunities that were once beyond reach.

Your generosity has truly transformed my life, giving me the chance to pursue my passion while making a meaningful difference in my family and community. I am deeply thankful for this opportunity and the lasting impact it has created.

With deepest appreciation,
Mrs. Pushpa Kanwar
